We visited from Japan and booked both a Cusco city tour and the Sacred Valley. Both tours were very well organized. The guides spoke clearly, answered our questions, and gave us useful historical context. We particularly enjoyed Sacsayhuaman and Ollantaytambo. The agency communicated the meeting times and details in advance, so everything was easy to follow.
