We came from Belgium for a trekking holiday and chose Salkantay because we wanted mountain scenery and a more adventurous approach to Machu Picchu. It was the right choice. The guide was friendly, experienced, and very helpful throughout the trek. We always knew what to expect each day and felt well supported. The route was beautiful and varied, and the final day at Machu Picchu was amazing.
